YEARS OF HANDS-ON
CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

Kelly Olivier grew up learning residential construction from his father. As a second-generation tradesman, he knows a home isn’t just finishes and fixtures. It’s the structure, systems and workmanship behind them.

That background shapes every inspection: practical knowledge, personal attention and direct answers about the home in front of you.

MORE THAN
A WALK-THROUGH.

We examine accessible systems and components, identify potential defects, and document the conditions that matter.

A solid home starts
with a solid structure.

Roof coverings and roof structures. Accessible attics and insulation. Structural framing. Foundations and crawlspaces. Kelly looks closely at the parts that support and protect the home.

Visible conditions. Accessible components. Documented findings.

The systems you rely on.
The details worth checking.

Electrical panels, visible wiring and outlets; plumbing systems and fixtures; water heating equipment; heating and air conditioning systems. We document observed conditions and potential concerns.

A practical look at the systems that keep a home working.

Beyond the front door.
Across the exterior.

Exterior walls, siding and trim. Doors and windows. Decks, porches, stairs and railings. Garage doors and automatic openers. An inspection looks at accessible exterior components, too.

From outdoor connections to everyday access.

Inside the home.
Behind the first impression.

Interior walls and ceilings, doors and windows, fireplaces and wood stoves. We also look for visible moisture-related concerns and site drainage conditions that may affect the home.

An informed look at visible interior conditions.

Drone-assisted inspections

FAA Part 107 licensed drone operation provides a visual look at roofing and other difficult-to-access components when appropriate.

Thermal imaging

Infrared imaging helps identify temperature anomalies that may point to insulation gaps, moisture, overheating electrical components or HVAC air leakage.

Tools are used when appropriate for the property and conditions. Ask Kelly how they may support your inspection.
