TOOLS THAT
SUPPORT THE VIEW.

Drone-assisted inspections

FAA Part 107 licensed drone operation can provide a visual view of roofing and other difficult-to-access components when appropriate, complementing the hands-on inspection.

Thermal imaging

Infrared imaging helps identify temperature anomalies that may indicate insulation gaps, moisture, overheating electrical components or HVAC air leakage.

These tools are used when appropriate for the property and conditions. They are not represented as included in every standard inspection. Ask Kelly about their use for your property.
