Kelly learned residential construction from his father, a residential craftsman. It shaped both his understanding of homes and the way he approaches his work.
As a second-generation tradesman with more than 20 years of construction experience, Kelly brings practical knowledge of structure, workmanship and residential systems to the inspection process.
He understands that what makes a home work is often less obvious than its finishes. His inspections focus on accessible areas and observed conditions, with attention to the details that help you make a more informed decision.
